The building owner felt it was time for a new refresh of this 1970s multi story lobby.  Despite the grand space, it had dated floors, dingy walls, and an odd skylight, as well as windows overlooking a public space that were always drawn for privacy.  With a modest budget, Spry Design transformed the property to be a contemporary sought-after office building.
